Frequently asked questions:
Q. Why should I retain a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) to help me?
There are many reasons why retaining a Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant will benefit you:
As RCICs, we are always up to date with current Immigration Law in Canada, hence we can provide advice leading to the best solution for your case.
Experienced RCIC will provide many useful tips based on previous cases. In addition, as a member of CAPIC and CICC, we have access to professional online network where high-level discussions take place and best practices are shared. And this resource is not available to the public.
Once the Retainer Agreement is signed and the application is submitted to IRCC (Immigration of Canada), a RCIC will be responsible for all the communications with the government on behalf of you. We will keep you updated on your case and guide you throughout the process. Many clients struggle to deal with complicated and time-consuming immigration process, and it is not easy to find answer to question. But an experienced RCIC is familiar with the process and we can deal with the complexity on behalf of you.
There are times when a case became complex during the process, it is stressful to deal with it without getting assistance from a professional. As an experienced RCIC, we see the whole picture during our assessment of your case, and clients are usually explained possible scenarios, hence, we are able to provide you the best advice to avoid complexity. In addition, an experienced RCIC is trained to adapt and deal with arising issues during the process, and we are here for you to take that stress away.
Q. What are your fees and how do you charge?
We are unable to provide a list of fees due to the nature of our work. Each case is different from generic to complex, and we can only be able to determine a final fee for your case after our initial assessment. After the Service Agreement (legal contract) is signed, client is required to deposit fund via E transfer, cash, bank transfer or Paypal to the company’s business account. This account is a trust account which means your deposit is secure, and we are only allowed to withdraw money from this account after completing the works as written on the Service Agreement. You will be notified by email with a payment withdrawal receipt each time we disburse our works done on your account.
Q. What services do you provide and what are your expertise?
We deal with temporary resident visas (students, visitors, parents, and workers), we also deal with family and refugee sponsorships, please refer to our services page for more details. Our RCIC Kathy is specialized in family and refugee sponsorships, temporary resident visas, express entry, permanent resident card renewal and citizenship applications.
In addition, we provide initial consultation where a one-time appointment happens to analyze the overall of your case to provide best solution. This type of consultation is meant for case analysis and provide direction, it is not meant to answer specific questions on a form.
Q. Some online advertisement guarantee approval of my case, are you able to guarantee a positive outcome if I retain you, or are you able to tell me the success rate of my case?
It is a violation of CICC’s Code of Ethics that any Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant guarantee any positive outcome of a client’s application. We are not the decision makers; we are professional to do our best to help you to achieve your immigration goal. The Citizenship, Refugee and Immigration of Canada IRCC, and Service Canada (for LMIA) or Provinces (for PNP programs) are the authorities that review your application and to make the decision.
Due to the complexity of immigration process in Canada, it is impossible, and ethically prohibited to predict a success rate of your application, and to promise any favorable outcome. However, we are able to share our experience to provide insights on similar case and situation.
